I bought this HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 Wireless a few years back. It worked well for a while. Two months back it started to not print cyan and magenta, even though the cartridges were full (at least 50%). I replaced them anyway. No improvement. Then I read that I should change the printheads. So I did. $120 later.
